The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service. It gives you the chance to change how your GP sends your prescription to the place you choose to get your medicines or appliances from.
The service enables us to send your repeat prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice, where you live, work or shop.
To use EPS you need to choose a place for the surgery to electronically send your prescription to. This is called a ‘nomination’. You can arrange this by filling out our Register for the Electronic Prescription Services form.
Should you wish to change your nomination or cancel the service, you can do this at any time. Please advise your pharmacy or the surgery before your next prescription is due.
