The surgery will be providing a travel vaccination service limited to the NHS funded vaccines, where appropriate. This includes Tetanus/ Diptheria/Polio, Typhoid and Hepatitis A and Cholera. These will be provided free of charge.

A Travel Risk Assessment Form must be completed and submitted to reception 8 weeks prior to travel. The form will be reviewed by one of our travel vaccination trained nurses and they will contact you to discuss the vaccines recommended and to confirm the appointment time.
