Welcome to Wonersh Surgery, a semi-rural 4 partner training practice serving approximately 10,500 patients in Wonersh, Blackheath, Bramley, Chilworth, Shalford and Shamley Green.

We are a multidisciplinary team that strives to provide the best possible service and standards of care within the resources available to us.

The original practice was built in 1972 and the Grade 2 listed building, formerly a tea shop was converted and connected to the practice in 1982.

Besides having a fairly large car park with one disabled parking bay, there is an independent pharmacy on the premises.
